Team Dynamics and Performance for Six Sigma Projects

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. A central component of any of Lean process improvement project is the team responsible for improving the process design. This course covers the roles and responsibilities of individuals working in Six Sigma teams when carrying out a business process improvement initiative. It also covers behaviors of Six Sigma teams, common Lean Six Sigma tools used for effective team management and process control, as well as strategies for overcoming challenges such as negative team dynamics. This course is aligned with ASQ's 2015 Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
