Adaptive leadership

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. This track looks at adaptive leadership, being able to reflect on your own leadership style and understand its effect on others, building on your strengths and mitigating your weaknesses to adapt your leadership style to different situations.
