Six Sigma Black Belt: Analytical Tools

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Analysis is critical throughout all stages of a Six Sigma project. This course covers key analytical tools including affinity diagrams, tree diagrams, and prioritization matrices. It also covers common tools used to measure and track a project's progress including activity network diagrams, process decision program charts, and interrelationship digraphs. This course is aligned with the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam and is designed to assist learners as part of their exam preparation. It builds on foundational knowledge that is taught in SkillSoft’s ASQ-aligned Green Belt curriculum.
