Six Sigma Black Belt: Maintaining Long-Term Process Gains

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. As a Six Sigma project winds down, a number of activities are undertaken to retain the improvements and gains achieved from the project. This course covers how to effectively capture lessons learned and covers training methods and delivery for sustaining improvements throughout the organization. It also covers effective techniques for evaluating improvements on an on-going basis to ensure processes consistently deliver expected value to the organization. This course is aligned with the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam and is designed to assist learners as part of their exam preparation. It builds on foundational knowledge that is taught in SkillSoft’s ASQ-aligned Green Belt curriculum.
