Leadership Pathways: A Journey for ERG Leaders

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Employee Resource Groups foster community and provide support, education, and advocacy for members and allies of diverse communities.  Employee leaders of these groups serve as catalysts for change, advocates and allies for each other, and influencers of organizational transformation.
