Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. In this 11-video course, learners can examine Azure Domain Name Systems and Azure Network Security Groups in preparation for the Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-103) exam. First of all, you will receive an overview of the Azure Domain Name System (DNS); then you will discover how to configure a DNS zone and record by using the Azure portal, using Azure PowerShell, and using Azure CLI (command-line interface). You will learn how to configure custom DNS settings for a virtual network (VNet), and configure a custom DNS domain name for an Azure web application. The Azure portal can be used to create and manage Azure network security groups (NSGs), so you will learn how to create an NSG by using the portal, and by using PowerShell, and the CLI. The concluding exercise involves describing how Azure-hosted DNS zones work; creating a DNS zone and an NSG using the Azure portal; and adding an NSG security rule to allow port 445 traffic.
