Saving & Sharing Presentations in PowerPoint 365

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. When you have created and edited a presentation, PowerPoint allows you not only to save your changes, but to share the presentation with others. In this course, you will learn how to save a presentation, automatically save edits to the cloud using AutoSave and create a copy of your presentation. You will also see how to export your file to a variety of different file formats, including PDF, images (JPEG) and video (MPEG-4). You will also discover how to create a presentation package for use on another computer and how to generate an editable, printable handout version of your presentation in Microsoft Word. This course aligns with the objectives of Exam MO-310: Microsoft PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 Apps).
