Track 2: Scrum Master

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. In this track of the Scrum Team Member to Scrum Master journey, you will focus skills required for being a Scrum Master. This includes understanding the role of Scrum Master, learning how a Scrum Master facilitates and coaches, reviewing the concept of self-managing teams, recognizing service to the organization and product owner, and how to be a champion of Scrum across your organization.
