As life as we know it will continue to be uncertain for the next 18 months, how will you adapt accordingly to make the best decisions for your company, family, and self? How will we move forward as a society as information continues to change? National Security Analyst Juliette Kayyem will discuss preparedness and resilience pertaining to COVID-19 and help the audience assess how to accurately judge their responses as organizations, community members and individuals. In this presentation, Kayyem will reflect on what we can learn from 2020 and what it can teach us about becoming resilient organizations, teams and individuals.
From over 20 years of working in the field, Kayyem will provide an overview of this global pandemic within a crisis management framework, and how to strategize within this period of adaptive recovery. With most disasters, societies are able to transition from response to recovery, however we are still recovering with the enemy among us. Adaptive recovery requires adaptation daily, and the need to settle a battle rhythm as we move forward.
