Speaking clearly and effectively

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. This track focuses on being able to speak clearly and effectively with individuals and small groups, by making points logically, thinking about what listeners already know and using appropriate language, tone and gesture.
