Understanding Implicit Biases

Understanding and addressing unconscious bias is essential for any individual wanting to navigate today’s diverse and interconnected world. Our biases can have a significant impact on the way we think, our choices, our decision-making processes, and our relationships. If they’re not identified and understood, there’s a risk of unintentional exclusion of individuals of certain groups from opportunities on the basis of those biases.
