Managing Microsoft Teams: External Collaboration

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Guest access lets teams collaborate with people and businesses outside of an organization. This is made possible by granting guest access to resources such as channels, chats, and applications. In this course, you’ll be introduced to external collaboration with Microsoft Teams, beginning with SharePoint Online and OneDrive external sharing, external access planning, and the native chat experience for external users. Then, you’ll explore interoperability, configuring external access, Microsoft Entra ID, and conditional access. Next, you’ll learn about shared channels, cross-tenant access, and how to configure guest access. Finally, you’ll explore how to restrict guest access, add and remove guests, and join a team as a guest. This course is one of a collection that prepares learners for the Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) exam.
