SRE Team Management: Operational Overload

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Site reliability engineers (SREs) are responsible for many administrative tasks, often splitting their time between reactive ops work and special projects.
