Using Channels in Slack

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Channels allow you to communicate with your team regarding specified topics. Channels can be public or private depending on the criteria defined by the channel creator. Once you join and create channels, you can start communicating and interacting with others. If you have channels with similar topics you can organize them into sections to easily access them from Slack's interface sidebar.
