Leadercamp on-demand: Give and Get Feedback for Growth and Development

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. This is an On-Demand Leadercamp presented by Vic Smith (CPCC, Executive Coach, Leadership Expert, and Consultant). Participants will begin this Leadercamp by reflecting on the most helpful feedback they've ever received, and exploring what made it impactful for them. They will identify key themes around the structure and delivery of feedback, which lays the foundation for developing an understanding of why feedback is essential for personal and professional growth. Next, participants are introduced to a feedback model, in which they will select two pieces of feedback they need to deliver. The Leadercamp also includes a reflection on one development area where participants would like to receive feedback, with a plan to ask for it. Vic's Give and Get Feedback for Growth and Development Leadercamp concludes with participants committing to two actions that will improve how they give feedback, as well as a commitment to seeking feedback on the leadership development area they have identified.
