Supporting Agile Team Performance (2021 Update)

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. Project managers are leaders and as such, they are responsible for their team's performance. As Agile leaders, they must create Agile teams. In this course, you'll learn about Agile principles and Scrum frameworks, and the various events and tools that support team performance, like Sprints and Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and a Sprint Retrospective. You'll also explore concepts such as adaptive planning, product vision, product roadmaps, storymaps, and backlog refinement, as well as information radiators, iteration, and task boards.
