Influencing a team

Skillsoft issued completion badges are earned based on viewing the percentage required or receiving a passing score when assessment is required. This track explores how to influence a team through suggesting improvements and learning lessons from setbacks. It then looks at evaluating others strengths and weaknesses and bringing in external expertise and relationships.
