Getting things done with tasks & notes in Outlook 365

Outlook 365 is not only a powerful program for email and calendar management, but it is also an effective tool for keeping track of tasks. This course will guide you through the task and note features of Outlook to help you streamline your workflow and stay organized. You'll start by exploring the Tasks module. Learn how to create new tasks and manage them in the tasks folder and your to-do list, and customize task views and settings. Find out how to mark tasks as complete and assign them to colleagues to perform. See also how to use the Outlook Tasks module to follow up on flagged emails. In the second half of the course, you'll explore how to organize your tasks using categories, sorting, arranging, and folders. You'll discover how to create new lists and groups, mark tasks as important, and use folders to manage your tasks. Finally, you'll learn how to create and manage notes in Outlook 365, including how to categorize notes, create folders, and view notes on your desktop.
