A 40+ hour online course that covers the Strategic Thinking Mindset: a comprehensive business problem-solving methodology that includes problem framing, structuring, and prioritization; gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data; conducting sanity checks; synthesizing insights; and top-down communications via oral and written media. Joseph Michienzi completed an individual project based on a real-world problem at their company and also built a 3-month action plan to ensure their learnings translate into the workplace.
Joseph Michienzi participated in weekly live 1:1 mentoring sessions with an industry-experienced data-driven professional, and successfully completed all assignments and projects, including a Capstone Project called "Freeze-Thaw Valve".
